great and informative, I often have to try and explain to clients why you cant use their corporate font on the web.

Impressed with the use of different typefaces here. Recently, I wrote an article about font-stacks where I compared different typefaces available on Mac and PC. Based on their share, I attempted to create more relative font-stacks. Hope you find it useful.

My personal favorite font stack is:

font-family: Palatino, ‘Palatino Linotype’, Georgia, Times, ‘Times New Roman’, serif;

I love Palatino for body text and Georgia provides a solid backup.

One font I’m very excited to use for headlines is Whitney Condensed. I’m looking forward to the day I find the perfect application for it.
