- Because hes never been to a real web conference*
- Because he wants to meet web people infinitely smarter and more talented than he
- Because he thinks the line up is awesome†
- Because hes a web designer and he thinks about the future**
- Because he also wants to learn about the future (ex. will we still use )
- Because he doesn’t think his company will be able to pay for it and he cant afford it
- Because he wants a good excuse to go into NYC
