Why People Become Internet Trolls is an interesting read into the psychology of internet trolls. The subtitle, “How to address the empathy deficit online” is what really caught my interest. There’s a clear gap in empathy from person to person; recent events have made that more clear. Understanding why people become aggressive online should help us design solutions to prevent it.
