Catabolic Privacy Policy

Catabolic does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
Data stored on your device
Your fasting history, goal, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage (UserDefaults and an App Group shared with the home screen widget). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.
Notifications
If you grant permission, Catabolic schedules a local notification to let you know when you’ve reached your fasting goal. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent to a server.
Exporting your data
You can export your fasting history as a CSV file from within the app. The file is created on your device and shared only through the standard iOS share sheet at your direction. Catabolic does not upload it anywhere.
Children
Catabolic is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
