A festive slide titled Kindness Award with a photo of Kyle in the center. Quotes on either side read: Kyle always puts others' success before his own, even when he's buried in work, a rare and admirable quality that's far from easy to pull off. And: Kyle is always so humble and lends grace to everyone, very selflessly. And the best part is, he doesn't know how kind he is!! He does it without seeking recognition for his words or actions.
